How We Review Trading Journals

Trading Journal Lens exists to help traders choose a journal with confidence. Here is how we work.

What we check

• Pricing, plans and billing terms, taken from each vendor's official pricing page and dated.
• Supported markets and broker sync.
• Review tools: AI insights, replay, backtesting, discipline tracking and mentor sharing.
• Trials, free plans and refund policies.

What we will not do

• Invent star ratings or user reviews.
• Guess at features. If we cannot verify something, we label it “Not confirmed”.
• Rank a product higher because it pays a commission.

Keeping it current

Vendors change prices often. Every review shows the date its pricing was last checked. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we will re-verify it.
